We work with thoughtfulness and rigour. The notion of a collective effort inherent in building information modelling (BIM) is second nature to us. Over the past seven years, Diego Rojas have experienced how architectural practice and collaboration with consultants is developed by using BIM methodology. He always maintains a Level 2 BIM strategy integrated with each design process and project. Through using BIM for all significant projects, we ensure our approach to safe, sustainable and intelligent buildings results in considerable cost savings. All BIM projects use a combination of the latest releases of Archicad, Scia Engineering, Revit, 3D Studio Max, and BIMx. They aid early design decision, faster production of drawings, schedules, and visualisations while managing and recording the efficient co-ordination and clash detection process. BIM combined with VR minimises risks and reduces waste during construction to help us continue designing award-winning and green buildings from inception to delivery, and throughout the whole lifetime of the project.
Why should I hire an professional architectural designer?
Whatever the size of your building project, it makes sense to consult a qualified design professional. Those with specialist training in the design and construction of buildings offer a service that extends well beyond producing a set of drawings. Skilled in understanding the aspirations and needs of their clients, these professionals bring valuable knowledge, creativity, and experience to a project.
Imagination, value for money, and peace of mind are just some of the reasons why working with a qualified design professional makes sense.

Value for money
Not only can architectural design professionals offer value for money, but their professional attention to detail helps achieve value through the efficient use of space and the thoughtful selection of materials and finishes. Environmental sensitivity, energy efficiency, and low running and maintenance costs can all add significant benefits to your project and deliver long-term savings.

Freedom from worry
Freedom from worry
Experienced architectural professionals can guide you through the complex procedures of planning permission and building regulations, and oversee the builder’s programme of works through to completion.

Imagination
Imagination
Whether you are looking for tradition or innovation, boldness or understatement, a skilled architectural design professional can lift your project out of the ordinary. Many people may offer to alter your building, but it takes expertise in architectural design to maximise its potential—and to do so with flair, imagination, and style.

Unique Skill
Unique skills
A building project, whatever its scale, can be daunting — whether it’s a simple house extension or a large office development, the same fundamental principles apply. Engaging a fully qualified architectural professional means working with someone who has undergone extensive training, often the most rigorous in the construction industry. By contrast, those using titles such as ‘building consultant’, ‘plan drawer’, or even ‘architectural designer’ may not necessarily have equivalent skills, training, or experience.
